The A+ rating is the highest rating the Better Business Bureau awards. It reflects a consistent record of resolving issues promptly, operating transparently, and meeting the BBB’s standards for ethical business practices.
Formal complaints
We have never had a formal complaint filed against us through the BBB. Our relationship with adopting families has always been resolved directly through honest communication.
Independently verifiable
Any business can claim to be BBB accredited. Verification only comes from the BBB itself. You can confirm our accreditation by searching our business name directly on the BBB website.
Why it matters to you
When you adopt from a BBB-accredited business, a third-party dispute resolution channel exists. We have never needed it — but it is there for your protection.
