Every adoption is completed with a written contract reviewed with you personally before signing. These are the standard terms.
What the contract covers

Purchase terms
Documents the agreed price, the specific kitten, health documentation provided, deposit applied, payment terms, and delivery arrangements. Nothing is left ambiguous.
Health guarantee
Specifies the 72-hour vet check requirement, the conditions under which the guarantee applies, and the resolution options available if a qualifying issue is found.
After-adoption responsibilities
We ask that every kitten be taken to a vet within 72 hours. For kittens sold on a pet-only basis, a spay or neuter agreement may apply. If the kitten is ever re-homed, we ask to be contacted first.

Outcomes that vary by environment
The contract does not guarantee specific adult size, coat development, or temperament outcomes. These vary with environment, care, diet, and genetics in ways that no breeder can predict or control. This is standard across responsible breeders and is stated clearly in our agreement.
Conditions arising after delivery
Injury, illness caused by external factors after delivery, or conditions arising from inappropriate diet, handling, or environment after the kitten has left our care are not covered. These limitations are standard and clearly explained before you sign anything.
Before you sign
We review every term with you personally. If you have questions about any part of the agreement, we answer them before asking for your signature. You receive a copy for your records. No term in our contract has ever been a surprise to a family that asked questions.
